Please join us for online breathing and deep relaxation virtual gatherings every Tuesday at 7 pm on Path to Calm’s Facebook page using FaceBook Live.

These sessions are appropriate for all levels. They include discussion about how yoga principals and practices can help guide us in this challenging time - and a guided rhythmic breathing and deep relaxation practice designed to support well being and reset the nervous system and bring greater balance to our mind body and spirt. No prior experience with mediation or breathing practices is necessary.
