Please join us for the first of a series of free online breathing deep relaxation virtual gatherings on Tuesdays at 7 pm on Path to Calm’s Facebook page using FaceBook Live.

These sessions offer instruction and discussion about how yoga principals and practices can help guide us in this challenging time - guided live deep relaxation and breathing practices are offered designed to reset the nervous system and bring greater balance to our mind body and spirt. Appropriate for all. No prior experience necessary.
