Introduction to TriYoga® Prana Vidya: Breathing, Concentration, Meditation is for you.

Join us for a systematic journey through yoga breathing, concentration & meditation practices to help you gain calm, clarity and peace. Practices are taken seated (or reclined if necessary). No prior experience with conscious breathing or meditation is necessary. All are welcome.

Combined, these practices are known in the Tradition of TriYoga as Prana Vidya . Translated as the knowledge of life-energy, TriYoga Prana Vidya includes the trinity of breathing sequences, concentration techniques and meditation. Presented systematically, these practices develop better health, mental clarity and inner peace.

Instructor Justine Andronici has used breathing, concentration and meditation practices to cope with stress and a busy professional life for more than 10 years. She is certified in Basics, Level 1 and Level 2 of TriYoga® Prana Vidya - a systemic approach to breathing, concentration and meditation. Justine's teaching style is down to earth and her approach to teaching is to guide students to a deeper awareness of their inner knowledge. Justine believes that with a bit of support everyone can find their own Path to Calm.
