Self Care is More than Just a Buzz Word: Yoga, Breathing and Meditation for Lawyers and Law Students

Those entering and working in the legal profession benefit greatly from tools that bring balance to the mind, body and spirit.  This workshop offered as a part of the Penn State Law Mental Health and Wellness week, will guide students through the benefits of using these tools to find greater calm, balance and clarity throughout their lives.
