The holidays are a perfect time to practice peace and cultivate calm. Join us for an afternoon of exploring tools for calm: breath, movement and deep relaxation practice and celebrate with others interested in cultivating and spreading peace and calm this season. Beginners are welcome, so consider giving the gift of calm and bringing a friend or loved one.
Participants will enjoy a yoga breathing, movement and deep relaxation practice that will put all of us in the mood for a deeply enjoyable holiday filled with connection. The practice will be followed by an opportunity to share some tea and conversation over delicious vegan delights! (Holiday Tea by Jennifer Tucker and catering by Websters Bookstore and Cafe).
